Who We Are

A Community of Faith Growing Together in Worship, Friendship, and Mission—Locally and Globally

Harvestime Outreach Church is a welcoming community where people from all walks of life grow in faith together. Rooted in biblical teaching, worship, and prayer, we seek to build real friendships and extend compassionate care to those in need.

Harvestime is a missions-minded church with a heart for the nations. Missions are a part of our DNA. We are committed to sharing Christ in our community and around the world. Many of our members participate in short-term mission trips to work with ministries that Harvestime supports in foreign countries. Locally, we look for ways to serve our community through acts of service and giving.

We would consider it a privilege to have you worship with us soon!

Meet Pastor Joel Jones

Meet Pastor Joel Jones

Pastor Joel brings a rich background of ministry and leadership experience to Harvestime Outreach Church. His journey in ministry began at the Honor Academy with Teen Mania Ministries, where he spent five years traveling with the organization to help lead major youth events across the country.  During that time, he oversaw the production team and provided both spiritual and technical leadership to interns and staff. He also emceed events, taught breakfast sessions, delivered messages and invested deeply in discipling his team.

At Harvestime Outreach Church, Pastor Joel served as Associate Pastor, playing an integral role on the leadership team and helping strengthen relationships within the congregation and the wider community. His responsibilities included oversight of volunteer ministries, leadership of the men’s ministry, close collaboration with the financial staff, and serving as a church elder for the past two years.

Pastor Joel’s ministry is marked by a deep dependence on the Holy Spirit and a passion for transformation. He carries a strong conviction for truth and holds a commitment to cultivate a church family rooted in authentic worship, spiritual growth, and genuine connection. He is dedicated to building up believers who, in turn, build others—ultimately being sent out to share the Gospel.

Harvestime is a Spirit‑filled family church with a deep love for the Scriptures. Pastor Joel maintains a strong commitment to training mission‑minded believers who carry a burden to live for and share Christ—both here in our community and throughout the nations. We are devoted to strengthening believers, marriages, and families so that we may serve our generation by the will of God.

Pastor Joel and his family make their home in Western Wisconsin. He and his wife, Hannah, are devoted parents to four children, and their family is deeply committed to serving the church and living out the love of Christ in everyday life.

We are honored to welcome Pastor Joel into this new role and look forward to the season ahead under his leadership.

Our Beliefs

What We Believe

To be a point-man (frontline) church, fully engaged in the battle for souls. This means we are bold in prayer, in worship, and in our declaration of God’s word to this generation. Our goal is to develop believers who are passionate about reaching the lost, have a forward-looking mindset, and are ready to go and impact this world for Jesus Christ.

To be a Spirit-filled family church, training up mission-minded people with a burden to share Christ here in our community and to the ends of the earth. To this end, we are dedicated to building strong believers, marriages, and families to serve our generation by the will of God. (Acts 13:36)

1. We believe the Scriptures (the canonical books of the Old and New Testaments) to be: the infallible Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit; the only perfect order of our faith and manner of living to which nothing can be added nor taken away; the power of God unto salvation to believers. (2 Tim. 3:16-17; Rev. 22:18-19; Rom. 1:16)

2. We believe there is only one living and true God, Creator of heaven and earth, and in the one God are three distinct persons: The Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. (Deut. 6:4; Col. 1:16; Matt. 11:25; Rom. 10:9; 2 Cor. 3:1; John 10:30; Matt. 28:19)

3. We believe God created man in His own image; that all men have sinned and may be reconciled to God only through repentance and faith in the atoning death of Jesus Christ. (Gen. 1:26; Rom. 3:24-25; Acts 4:12)

4. We believe Jesus Christ to be true God and true man and through His death and His blood shed at Calvary, the only Savior. We believe in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, and in His future personal return in power and glory. (John 1:1; Matt. 16:6; Phil. 2:6-7; I John 1:7; Eph. 1:7; Eph 2:31; Acts 1:10-11; Matt. 26:64; Matt. 22:44; Heb. 9:28; I Thes. 4:16; Matt. 24:30; John 14:3)

5. We believe the present ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, to convict men of sin, to indwell, guide, build faith, instruct, and empower the believer of Godly living and service. This includes His distribution and operation of gifts according to His will, for the building up of the body of Christ. (Acts 2:4,11; John 5:6,7; John 16:8; John 14:17; I John 4:13; John 16:13; Jude 1:20; John 14:26; I Cor. 2:12,13; John 1:12; Acts 1:8; I Cor. 12:14; Eph. 4:12-16)

6. We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit as an experience received subsequent to salvation. We also believe the manifestation of the gifts granted by the Holy Spirit to be for the common good of the Body of Christ, His Church. (Acts 8:14-17; Acts 2:38; Matt. 3:11; Mark 1:8; Luke 3:16; I Cor. 12:1-26)

Good News!

There is overwhelming grace for you!

In all the history of mankind only one truth ever came down from the ages whereby God reached out to man and made a way of salvation. Other religions have had man pay penance to earn a relationship with God, through works and sacrifices. Some religions have even denied a personal God and turned the focus selfishly inward back to man. Their salvation is such that if man can work to attain a "self-seeking peace" he may become good enough to become "one" with the universe.

Only God would make "the only way of salvation" whereby God himself, in Jesus Christ, has paid the heavy price of death to make the way clear for man to enter into His Kingdom, in this life and after death.

God knows the trauma man faces at the moment of death. God also knows the trauma man faces just in normal life. God knew that no man would be able to honestly stand on their own merits before Him (because a person's own heart would condemn them no matter what).

So God sent his only son, Jesus, to die for man... so that all men would know that this is different! This plan of salvation is far beyond anything mankind could contrive. Man does not have the compassion for themselves or others to formulate such a plan whereby God loved the world so much that He would give His Only Begotten Son to die for it. It is highly unusual for a man to give his life in exchange for a righteous man, but it is unheard of for any man to give his life for an unrighteous man. The truth is that Christ loved us and died for us while we where still sinners.

Only God would make salvation so simple for man to attain by simply accepting the sacrifice of His Son. Yet reveal His love as something so profoundly deep that the longer you know God through Jesus Christ, the more overwhelmed you become concerning His grace and love for you.
